Terms and Conditions.
1. (Within One Hour of Purchase) We allow changes to your booking within one hour of placing your order. This can include a full refund or a change to your session date and time depending on class availability. Please email [email protected] to amend your booking or receive a refund.
2. (72 hours Prior To Your Booking) If you can no longer attend your pre-booked session, we can provide a gift voucher equivalent to the value of your original booking to rebook your session. This voucher is valid for 3 months. Please email [email protected] to cancel your booking and redeem your voucher by providing us with your original booking details.
3. (Less Than 72 Hours' Notice) If you are no longer able to attend or have an emergency, covid-19 symptoms or a sudden illness preventing you from attending you are permitted to transfer your ticket to a family or friend, they will have to mention your name on the day. Please email [email protected] to inform us of any major changes to your booking.
4. (Day of Your Booking) If you are running late. Please contact the number you received in your event invitation as emails will not be seen until the next working day. If you have an emergency or a sudden illness preventing you from attending. Please text the number provided and also email [email protected] to inform us just in case we miss the text.
*Please be aware that changes may occur based on the well-being of the puppies. If the breed changes last minute your session will still go ahead as normal. Refunds will be provided if the puppies become unwell and we are not able to find a new litter to join us*
Our bookings department is open between 09:00 - 17:30 Mon-Fri only. Any emails sent on Sat/Sun will receive a response the next working day.

If Puppy Yoga London needs to cancel a class for any reason beyond our control e.g. weather or for the puppies wellbeing we will notify all registered participants as soon as possible via email or phone. We will offer the option to issue you a voucher, to book another session which will be valid for 12 months or receive a full refund for the cancelled class.
In the event that the class fails to meet the minimum enrolment requirement, Puppy Yoga London reserves the right to cancel the class. The Participants will be notified at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start date in such circumstances.
The Participant understands that for the scheduled class to proceed, a minimum enrolment of at least nine (9) participants is required.
If the class is canceled due to insufficient attendees, the Participant will be offered the choice of a full refund or a voucher to use within 6 months.
We understand that sometimes things can get a little confusing. If you happen to turn up at the wrong venue, don't worry! Simply give us a call on the number provided in your event confirmation email and we'll do our best to direct you to the correct location.
Please be aware that if you arrive late, we may not be able to accommodate you, so it's always best to double-check the address before you set off. We want to ensure that your experience with us is stress-free and enjoyable, so don't hesitate to contact us if you need any assistance.
At Puppy Yoga London, we understand that life can get busy and sometimes things slip through the cracks. However, in order to maintain the sustainability of our business, it is important that invoices are paid in a timely manner. Please note that failure to pay an invoice will result in your booking being automatically cancelled. If you are unable to pay an invoice for your class, we kindly ask that you reach out to our bookings team as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
We value open communication and transparency, so we encourage participants to reach out to us if they anticipate any issues with payment. Ultimately, our priority is to maintain a positive and collaborative relationship with our customers while ensuring the sustainability of our business.

We allow a 15-minute window if attendees are running late for their class. After this time it will be at the discretion of the event manager and security to decide when the venue is safe for latecomers to attend the session. If you are running late, please contact your event manager on 07944465883. We will never turn a group away, however, the events team will need to make sure that is it safe to enter the studio before anyone is allowed in.
Please note that our classes have stringent rules regarding the health and safety of the puppies attending our class. Only once everyone is seated and the health and safety briefing has been completed, only then will the puppies be allowed to start socialising with the attendees.
